The ERWEKA ZT 730 Series, featuring cable-free AirBaskets, automatically determines sample disintegration time through a unique system of magnets and sensors. Available in single (ZT 731) or dual (ZT 732) independently driven test stations, it also includes an integrated flow-through heater for precise temperature control.

Disintegration testing is made as simple and quick as feasible by the ZT 730's newly built, cable-free AirBasket, which automatically determines the disintegration time. Its electronics compartment is sealed, making it dishwasher proof, while its sensors are highly durable and enable the AirBasket to be used in acidic media.

The AirBasket is offered in two variants: Type A, featuring six test tubes for standard tablets, and Type B, with three test tubes designed for larger tablets, in compliance with USP, EP, and JP standards.
Utilizing water's thermal inertia, the dependable water bath technique maintains a consistent temperature for testing under USP/EP/JP regulations. Its PT 100 temperature sensor makes constant regulation of the water bath temperature possible. With the help of an easy-to-use 7" touch screen, the ZT 730 series can save and retrieve up to 200 products / methods with parameters and results.

Reliable Waterbath Technology
The waterbath technology makes use of water's thermal inertia. The ZT 730 series waterbath maintains a steady temperature because water has a fairly consistent temperature. Another benefit of the water bath is that it keeps the equipment's center of gravity low, which keeps it from toppling over.
