The BioXplorer 400P is an automated parallel pressure bioreactor system for innovative bioprocess discovery and optimization. The BioXplorer 400P is designed for applications ranging from syngas fermentation to cell-free enzymatically catalyzed processes. It employs pressure and precision gas management to accelerate bioprocesses that rely on the availability of dissolved gases.
The BioXplorer 400P’s flexible setup, paired with adaptable software, enables it to meet the particular demands of users, providing them with the data they require to scale up quicker.

Overview
Pressurized Bioprocessing
The BioXplorer 400P’s capacity to operate up to four concurrent bioprocesses at up to 10 bar pressure is unrivaled. More and more bioprocess scientists are turning to pressurized systems to improve the availability of dissolved gases and expedite gas-dependent bioprocesses.
The BioXplorer 400P is essential for optimizing and scaling up such operations. The system was designed with safety and convenience of use in mind. For example, using two gas spargers per reactor reduces the hazards of potentially dangerous gas combinations. Increasing the pressure on the bioprocesses can improve yields while preserving functionality and configurability.
Configurable System
The BioXplorer 400P has a modular architecture and can be outfitted with a variety of probes, gas feeds, and liquid feeds, allowing it to be adjusted to the user’s specific requirements. This maximizes functionality and ease of use while reducing bench space and cost.
Flexibility to Optimize Processes
The choice of probes to track the wide range of physicochemical parameters in bioprocess provides in-depth knowledge. The procedure can also be automated using H.E.L’s WinISO strict control and responsiveness. The BioXplorer 400P can run four bioreactors simultaneously or independently, minimizing the time required for bioprocess optimization.
