The cellenCHIP 384 is a cellenONE® consumable that allows for the creation of small single cell omics samples.

Features
- cellenCHIP 384 has a microscope slide footprint and is made up of 384 wells made of optically clear low bind polypropylene (PP) with working volumes ranging from 50 to 500 nL
- Their proprietary design enables complete liquid recovery and effortless sample pooling into cellenFUNNEL via simple centrifugation
- The cellenONE® deck can accommodate up to 8 cellenCHIPs, for a total of 3072 wells

Several isothermal applications have indeed been successfully demonstrated within the cellenCHIP 384 wells. These are supplied as a set with the cellenFUNNEL and enable high recovery and pooling of solutions contained in each well of the cellenCHIP 384 via a simple centrifugation procedure.

The cellenONE®, when coupled with a specialized processing set, can accommodate up to 8 cellenCHIPs on its deck, representing a total of 3072 individual wells, allowing sample preparation for downstream sequencing of up to 3072 single cells per run.
Customized solutions
CellenCHIP 384 substrates are available as blank or pre-loaded with oligo-barcodes. cellenCHIP 384 packed with particular reagents or with bespoke barcodes can also be availed.
