Spraying is the most convenient approach to coat huge surfaces uniformly and accurately on a nanoscale. The sciSPX from SCIENION is a benchtop-size semi-automated coating platform that allows for the rapid and effective spraying of different solvents onto a range of substrates.

Spraying is laser-controlled and has a maximum spray area of 300 x 300 mm. The ultrasonic nozzle includes a self-cleaning mechanism that keeps it from becoming clogged.

Applications

Ideal for the coating and blocking of:

  • Biosensors
  • Lateral flow can be performed
  • Microtiter plates

These are just some of the application formats that the company has been working on at present. Enabled by the in-house R&D team, SCIENION is cable of much more. The company looks forward to helping users with their applications.
