Features
Culture conditions and morphology
Cryopreserved human hepatocytes were defrosted and plated with the help of the HUREL PlatinumHeps™ Media supplemented with 10% serum and consequently changed 24 hours post-seeding to the HUREL PlatinumHeps™ Basal Media.
In the table, CYP substrate concentrations are provided above in the table together with metabolite formation recorded as nmoles/hr/106 cells. All incubations were performed in triplicate on Days 1, 4, and 8 upon cell delivery and incubated for around 60 minutes.
Reactions occur in a humidified incubator ranging at 37 °C, in 5% CO2. Supernatants were gathered and stored at –20 °C, until the following LC/MS/MS analysis.
