Overview
TeloCol-10 is 20 mL of 10 mg/mL, type I bovine telocollagen solution available for 3D hydrogels or 2D coatings. TeloCol-10 consists of high viscosity and concentration.
Being telocollagen, TeloCol-10 polymerizes in a rapid manner and has the potential to develop firm hydrogels.
TeloCol®-10 bovine collagen solution has been derived from an acid extraction process, which gives telopeptide-intact collagen. TeloCol® can be dissolved telocollagen in 0.01 N HCL. The telopeptide regions present at both ends of the collagen chain, N- and C-telopeptide regions, are retained.
Approximately, TeloCol®-10 collagen is 95% Type I collagen with the leftover being made up of Type III collagen. Every product comprises a bottle consisting 20 mL of collagen solution. This product has been supplied at a concentration of around 10 mg/mL. TeloCol®-10 is sterile filtered and offered in user-friendly packaging for use and storage.
TeloCol®-10 is perfect for coating surfaces, offering the generation of thin layers for culturing cells, or using as a solid gel.
